Our founders were visionary hotel owners themselves that witnessed a change in travelers preferences in the past decade. While construction of new hotels grew at fast pace most properties never accounted for a surge in the need for longer stay accommodations. The need arose to creaet Mini Studio Apthotel rooms.

MSA primary objective is to bring you the type of new facility that provides additional revenue by adapting a part or the entire hotel to new market conditions.

Why now?  Since most hotels have lost business because oversupply and the unregulated and unfair competition of residential stays companies such as AirBnb, our business model offers the established hotel a cost effective alternative to join the growing market for Extended Stays.
